Here are my ideas for the camouflage that might be used to hide from Santa - a kid in a Christmas Tree, Hiding among presents, a larger person in the tree, miscellaneous Christmas decorations, and a roof with reindeer hoof-prints. I may add another before class, but I doubt I'd have time to scan that in due to my schedule.(Edited for title)
